Sunny Side Residence is built in a continuously renewing neighbourhood and environment. When designing this development, particular attention was given not only to the modern and elegant appearance of the residential building, but also to the high-quality and durable materials used. Energy efficiency was another significant design consideration, in the use of green areas, renewable energy sources, shading and heat recovery.
All units are oriented towards the Sun, with none of the windows facing north, and the flats also have balconies and loggias. In terms of their sizes, the units range from studio to three-bedroom apartments. A green roof on the top of the building further enhances its harmony with nature.
Our aim is to create liveable and comfortable homes bathed in sunshine.
In addition, we created unique roof gardens on the first and the ninth floors, to which all residents have access.
Orientation rich in sunshine was an important consideration in the design process, and so none of the flats have windows facing the north. We also designed balconies and loggias for the apartments.
The image of the building represents a modern minimalist style, and accordingly, the materials selected are the timeless materials of glass, stone and metal. Parking places are available for purchase in the two-storey underground garage, where individual storage rooms and bicycle storage facilities are also available.
In terms of transportation links, the stations of underground lines 3 and 4 are nearby, while Üllői Street and the roads along the Pest side of the Danube provide easy access by car practically anywhere.
