When drawing up the plans for Ráday Residence, the architect took into account the dynamic environment; in addition, the modern style characterising our contemporary times was another important consideration. The aim was to create lasting value that not only enhances its environment, but can also be an organic part of it.
River Passage Residential Building is located in Lónyay Street, in the 9th District, not far from the city centre. It is close to the tame Danube’s bank and to the constantly vibrant Ráday Street, forming a combination that covers all areas for modern urbanites.
Orientation rich in sunshine was an important consideration in the design process, and so none of the flats have windows facing the north. We also designed balconies and loggias for the apartments.
Sunny Side Residence is built in a continuously renewing neighbourhood and environment. When designing this development, particular attention was given not only to the modern and elegant appearance of the residential building, but also to the high-quality and durable materials used.
In terms of their sizes, the units range from studio to three-bedroom apartments. A green roof on the top of the building further enhances its harmony with nature. Energy efficiency was another significant design consideration, in the use of green areas, renewable energy sources, shading and heat recovery. All units are oriented towards the Sun, with none of the windows facing north, and the flats also have balconies and loggias.
