Our residential complex consists of 4 buildings, each with 9 floors, housing a total of 316 apartments, all connected by a common ground floor lobby. We've designed an impressive inner courtyard featuring amenities such as a playground, relaxation pavilion, sports facilities, and a small decorative pond.
Lomb Corner is a newly built apartment building in a dynamically developing part of District XIII., on
the corner of Lomb Street and Petneházy Street.
The new 9-storey apartment complex is not only a modern residential building in its exterior, but also in its composition, with the use of high-quality materials. Its façade has been given a modern touch, and will undoubtedly be one of the central motifs of its surroundings. The sustainability of the new residential complex will be enhanced by modern engineering solutions. The new apartments for sale range in size from 35 m 2 to 140 m 2 . The orientation of the apartments on the floors is East-South- West, all apartments have optimal lighting and orientation, and there are no north-facing apartments in the building.
Sunny Side Residence is an 8 storey residential building, with the total of 71 flats located in the continually developing and renewing part of the city, in the 9th district at 16 Lenhossék Street. The size of the apartments is in a wide range, from 1 to 4-room apartments, from 28 m2 to 78 m2, and almost all of them have their own balcony or loggia. Their orientation is outstandingly sunny, there aren’t any north-facing apartment in the building. With large glass surfaces, our goal was to create natural, sunny homes for future residents.
Harmony Terrace is a 8 storey residential building with the total of 98 flats, located in the 13th district at 18 Angyalföldi Road. The residential building has 1-4 room apartments from 30 m2 to 106 m2. The building deserves its name: we tried to design a modern urban residential building that harmonizes with nature.
River Passage is a 9 storey residential building with a total of 124 apartments. It is located in the 9th district, at 38 Lónyay street. The building also has a 2 storey underground garage with parking spaces, storage rooms and bicycle storage. The size of the flats ranges from the studio to the three-room apartments, mostly with sunny orientation.
Erkel Residences is a 9 storey residential building, with a total of 78 flats. The main feature of the residence is, that it combines modern, contemporary style with comfort in both aesthetics and technical way. The building also has a cozy inner garden, as well as optional storage and underground garage. The Erkel street in the 9th district belongs to the lively center of Budapest, but still a quieter street, only two minutes away from Kálvin square.
Ráday Residence is 9 storey residential building, with a total of 59 flats. During the designing phase we payed attention to the vibrant characteristic of the surroundings and the modern, clean, contemporary style that represents the latest trends. On the ground floor there is a passage, where you may find countless shops, and besides that, there will be offices on the first floor.
